Dear visitor,

after this booklet became very popular in Germany we have translated it into English, or rather we, happily, found several native speakers to assist us.

Although we decided to be short and to the point it was not easy to find the right tone, because we did not want to be too bookish and it was important for us to arise sympathy for the disease and for those who are afflicted by it.

Finally we felt we had to add a therapeutic appendix, that is, to give an answer to the question: what would I do if I had Multiple Sclerosis?
